Thank you for your support! We are so honoured that you have chosen to welcome our handcrafted artisanal potions into your personal care routine. We proudly craft all of our products with the finest ingredients, and we hope that our formulas inspire you to nurture yourself with the utmost of care.
Kindly allow 5-10 business days for your order to ship. We are so grateful for your patience, as we plant, harvest, infuse, and lovingly blend each potion by hand. We ship via Canada Post from our sunny studio in Wellington County, Ontario.
A note that in effort to reduce our environmental footprint, we will not automatically include a packing slip or receipt with your order. Should you require one, please let us know. We would be happy to accommodate. Our studio uses recycled and sustainable shipping materials wherever possible.
Shipping within Canada averages 2-10 business days, and includes tracking.
Shipping to the United States averages 5-14 business days. We are unable to guarantee a delivery timeline once the parcel leaves our studio. Tracking is not provided for US orders under $100 CDN.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our potions and handcrafted goods are individually made to order.
Do to the nature of the lovingly curated, house-made, and antique products in our shop, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final.
We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase! Should any concerns arise, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our utmost to remedy the situation. Please note that in the event of an item exchange, the buyer is responsible for any shipping, duties & handling charges incurred during the exchange process.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in transit, damaged items, lost or undelivered packages. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Please contact us at the time of ordering if you wish to purchase insurance on your purchase. Any taxes, duties or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
In the case of a lost or stolen package, we will open an investigation and file a claim with Canada Post. Please check with your local post office location to ensure packages are not being held for you. Parcels that are refused, unclaimed, or rejected due to unpaid customs fees will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping charges.
